My orders

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you cancel your order before sending your goods, we can probably still cancel your order. In this case, contact us via [email protected] .

    If the order has already been sent, you can return standard products in accordance with the right of withdrawal. You can find the conditions of the right of withdrawal in our general conditions. You can always contact us via [email protected] .

  • Can I change my order?

    Unfortunately, you cannot change an order. We recommend that you cancel your order (see: "How can I cancel my order?") and place a new order.

  • Can I add something to my order?

    No, we recommend that you place an additional order and contact us via [email protected] If your order has not yet been sent, we will send both orders together and you will receive the possibly double paid shipping costs back to your account within 30 days.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    After you have placed your order with us, your package will be sent via Bpost. Each order is linked to a unique tracking code that you can use to track your order. You will receive this tracking code via the email address you entered when ordering.

    You can also view the current status of all your orders via "my account" on our website. Of course you can also contact us via customer service or send an email to [email protected]

  • What if I made a mistake when entering my address?

    If the order has not yet been sent, we can change the address for you. So contact us quickly via [email protected]

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Shipping costs within Belgium are € 5,99. From a purchase amount above € 75,00 the shipping is free.

    Shipping costs in Netherlands: € 7,99. From a purchase amount above € 100,00 the shipping is free.

  • When do I receive my order?

    When your order is placed, you can count on 1-3 business days. If you place your order before 1 pm, we will try to send it the same day.

  • Do you also ship internationally?

    Yes, we also ship abroad.

    We currently ship to: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, United States.

  • What are the payment methods?

    Currently you can pay with the following payment methods:

    • Bancontact 
    • Credit card (VISA and MasterCard)
    • iDeal
  • Can I also pay by bank transfer?

    No, this is currently not possible. You can pay with various other payment methods (see: "What are the payment methods?").


  • Can I exchange my order for a different size?

    It can always happen that a garment is too big or too small. If desired, this garment can be exchanged for another size, if it is still available. Exchanging an item is subject to the same conditions as returning an item. You must then place a new order with the adjusted clothing size.   • How can I return my order?

    Register your return by filling in the return form and sending it by mail to [email protected] Once you have registered your return you will receive a return label by email. If you use this, we will deduct the amount of the return shipment during the refund of your purchase amount and you do not have to pay anything at the post office.

  • Is returning items free?

    The customer is responsible for sending/returning his/her returnable items.

  • How long does it take until my money is refunded?

    Your purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days after receiving your return.

  • I have returned a product but have not received the purchase amount back?

    Returns often take three business days plus two days for the payment provider to process. Take a maximum of 14 working days to process the return.

    Does it take longer? Please contact us via chat (facebook) or via [email protected] and we will find it out for you as soon as possible.

  • Can I return my order?

    Yes, that's possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return the purchased items within 14 calendar days (or 10 working days) after the delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final and returns are no longer possible!

    No, we only have an online web store. Unfortunately, fitting clothing is not possible.

    We regularly have a pop-up store, so fitting clothing is certainly possible.
